Question: Cant see bottom wisdom tooth holes?
i got all 4 wisdoms pulled on saturday
i went to syringe them with salt water before and i cant see the bottom holes?
i can see the stitches but by what i can see - im using a small torch as i cant open my mouth very wide - but it looks like there is a tooth behind the stitch?
the bottom teeth were still under the gums when they were pulled out so could that change anything?

the white portion behind the stitch is the gums.
just do warm salt water rinses 4-5 times/day.its more than enough to clean the sockets and will give you relief from inflammation and mouth opening will start.
