Question: After I use Crest 3D whitestrips....?
Can I brush my teeth with Crest 3D white toothpaste? Will it ruin the effects of the whitestrips?

I certainly wouldn't think so. It may be overkill, as in not doing any more whitening than the strips alone. What I, personally, have to watch out for is that the whitestrips make my teeth waaaay more sensitive. If that happens to you, I'd cut back on one or the other. :)
