Question: Can the dentist tell if I used tobacco?
If I use snus 3 times a couple days before I go to the dentist and am not a regular tobacco user, will they be able to tell that I used it those few times?

1. the smell.
2. It stains your teeth, even after a couple uses.
3. Your glands that produce saliva excrete much more saliva than usual.

Probably as it's an irritant. The place where you've rested it between your lip and gum will likely be slightly red and irritated.
