If I have no wires on my braces, can I eat popcorn?!

yes, the kernels could break the little holder things off (ive had mine off for 2 yrs so i dont remeber the name) , but if you desperately want to chew with your back teeth (the flat part)

I eat popcorn with or without my wire, I think the main problem is that the kernel gets stuck and is a pain to get out.

I always ate popcorn when I had my braces, so I say go for it! Just make sure you brush really well and floss too.

my ortho said that it is okay to eat popcorn with braces - just as long as you eat it slowly and brush well after your done eating.
