Braces on front two teeth?!

I've seen a lot topics on here about braces on your front two teeth, and some say yes, some say no... The rest of my teeth are nearly perfect, but I don't have a gap on my front two. It's like, one is in front of the other... Can braces fix that? And if so, could you tell me how much it might cost? Maybe even how long I would need them on there, but if you don't know either, that's okay.
