Question: Has anyone ever had a tooth like this?
But, this is so weird... I started getting toothaches, and then when I looked in the mirror, I saw that it's like I got a hole on the side of my tooth... but it kinda looks more like an L shaped crack or something. It starts at the side of my tooth towards the top of my tooth.
Can this be filled up? Cause this is the weirdest things I've ever seen. It looks as though my thooth was carved out or something. Don't know how this happened.

sounds like a major crack with a bit that has broken off. You must get this seen to as quickly as possible, before you get an infection deep in the tooth and roots. If it spreads into the roots you may have to have a root canal. If you go and get it sorted fast, before more damage is done, hopefully you will only need a filling. Do not leave it, I speak from experience. I left a tooth with a hole in it and ended up having a major root canal and crown which took 4 appointments and ￡400. And lot's of pain while trying to ignore it.
You probably cracked your tooth when eating something hard and did not notice at the time. Call your dentist and hope you just need a filling.

Trust me go to the dentist immediatly Give it a couple of days and it will get infected Infected leads to absess tooth in a matter of 4 hours to 2 days then u have to take antibiotics and wait a couple weeks in pain and ALMOST nothing takes the pain away ur face will get all swollen.
