Question about Crest Supreme whitening strips?!

Question: Question about Crest Supreme whitening strips?
Sorry for all the questions, but answers would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, the first question is, I recently got Crest Supreme Whitening Strips, and they say to use them twice a day for 30 minutes, but when are you exactly suppose to brush your teeth? A while before using the strips, right before using the strips, right after using the strips, or a while after using the strips?

Second question is, It says if your teeth become sensitive while using the strips, just to use one per day, instead of two.
If I do one a day for 42 days, instead of two a day for 21 days, will my teeth still be the same amount of whiteness at the end of the treatment just as if I had done the two a day for 21 days?

Also, I read a review about someone else who experienced sensitivity with this, but they said after a couple days of using the product, the sensitivity went away. Has anyone else used this product and know this to be true?

Thanks for any helpful answers.

Answers:

1. The best thing to do is to brush your teeth right after removing the strip, any excess bleach which is left on the teeth can cause sensitivity, especially in the back where it will stay for longer periods of time.

2. Doing one a day for 42 days will give you the same effect, the two a day usage is only to speed up the process, your result will be the same.

3. I have used whitening strips myself and my teeth did not become sensitive, however many people may have thinner enamel than others and the whitening process may take a while to get used to, it all depends on your teeth, and you will have to determine this on your own.

P.S. Using whitening strips for longer than recommended on the package could cause a weakening of enamel, it's best to whiten your teeth with this method once every twelve months, counting from the last time you used the whitening product. Weakening your enamel could cause breakage of teeth, extreme sensitivity, and you could be more likely to develop cavities.
