I just ordered a few weeks ago and haven't got them yet. It was 100 dollars more than normal braces.

I did lot's of research and asked my orthodontist lot's of questions.

He stated that invisalign works most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't get it "completely" straight, and if it doesn't you might have to revert back to standard braces towards the end. "I wouldn't have to pay extra with my orthodontists though if that happened." Also depending on how seriously crooked your teeth are, you may or may not be able to get them.

I figured it is definitely worth it, I wouldn't get braces otherwise. I heard sometimes people lose or break their invisalign a lot though so you have to be careful with them. Also have enough self will to wear them all the time and not to take them out besides for eating. With normal braces you are at least forced to wear them all the time.

I have Invisalign and let me tell you, it really worked for me. My bottom treatment is finished and I love my results. For me, my total treatment was $5500, I had to pay $2000 after approving my treatment, and then $300 every 6 weeks. I am happy with the decision I made because I am 20 and I didn't want to get traditional braces. It is taking 6 months longer, but for me that is fine because this was the only way I would feel comfortable with it. If I was 16 though, I would have rather just gone with braces because it is faster and easier to maintain. Invisalign is kind of a pain when you have to eat or drink as you have to pop it out and brush, and pop it back in. You must wear it for 20-22 hours a day and if you do not, then it will not work. Braces are glued to your teeth so you have no choice, and you can eat with it on.
