Question: Does anyone know how to stop braces from hurting?
I've had my braces for over a year now, but I just got them tightened. It hurts soooo bad, that I can't eat solid food. Whenever I move my mouth it hurts. I don't believe in taking pills. Help! It even hurts to drink water.

Pain killers help, otherwise I would say doing something extreme to get your adrenaline going, sky diving, animal hunting, anything that you would feel tons of adrenaline with...Try burning stuff in a controlled area in your backyard, make sure nothing burns though.
