Question: I just spacers put in my teeth and I'm not sure if I can tell they are coming out or not.?
Is it bad to keep chewing your teeth together with the spaces on? And I was wondering what's okay to eat while I have spacers on. I have 4 all on the top back.

Answers:

first off if their coming out then its okay bcz that means that your teeth are already far enough apart, and as for chewing your teeth together i did the same thing and it never hurt mine it just made my jaw hurt really really bad the next day so i stopped.

had them a week ago
