Question: Cant see bottom wisdom tooth hole?
i got all 4 out on saturday and im looking at the bottom ones and i can see the stitches but i cant see a hole anywhere?
they hadnt come out yet when they were extracted but im finding it quite weird
it kind of looks like there is a stitch before the last tooth at the back and im quite unsure what is going on and where to spray water with the syringe

It is not a problem. Do not expect to see a hole if stitches close surgical sites. Do not force the syringe into the surgical sites, as this can cause problems. Do not pick at the surgical sites to remove any food debris or again this can create problems. It always looks bad when it is healing well. Best advice is if it hurts, do not do it. It sounds like things are healing well. Let this continue and you should have no more problems. Good luck.
