How do I stop black tea from staining my teeth?!

Question: How do I stop black tea from staining my teeth?
I quit smoking and drinking coffee. I whitened my teeth they were very nice. Now I drink black tea. Would milk in it be beneficial to stop the staining? Is it worse when I put lemon in it?

Answers:

politely ask it not to

lol, milk in tea thats disgusting.

lemon degrades your teeth's enamel because it is acidic

i would suggest you buying advanced whitening toothpaste to keep up the healthy appearance

i would suggest this type of toothpaste "Crest whitening expressions, Cinnamon"

it looks like regular whitening toothpaste but it actually does A LOT more than it actually states

i used to have yellow teeth after 1 week of using this type of toothpaste my teeth look really white now

it polishes surface stains away, does not bleach.

Not drink too much black tea in a day, if your are taking 2-3 cups during the day, it is normal. But for your dental health it is necessary that you rinse your teeth with water after taking tea( not too immediately), I suggest you to use home remedies like strawberry using banking soda to brush your teeth, this will help to keep your teeth stain free. you can get more help at - http://www.identalhub.com/dental-teeth-whitening-methods-to-consider-536.aspx

Try brushing with baking soda few times a week, acid from the lemon may have corrosive effect on teeth depending on how many cups of tea you have each day with lemon.

If possible, brush after you drink tea. If not.. Make sure to use a straw so the tea doesn't come into contact with your teeth as much.

wash your mouth with water after you drank the black tea and will stop for a while.

simple answer ,just don't drink it if it's staining your teeth

Brush them twice a day.
