Plenty of reasons for people not to be brushing their teeth such as being lazy, lacking the will power, not finding the time, forgetting about it, or just not finding it important.
yes everyone NEEDS and SHOULD brush their teeth! some people have stronger enamal than others, people with weak enamal get cavities very bad, and people with strong enamal dont get cavaties very much, but one day you will get one, no one has teeth that are "undestructable" first off not brushing your teeth is gross, and a biiiig turn off for most girls/guys, and the plaque on your teeth will eventually build up and you will get a cavatie, maybe even get a root canal, if you dont start brushing, if you end up chiping your tooth by mistake the plaque that has been sitting on your teeth for 4 years, wil end up eating your teeth and you will have to get 2 shots in the roof of your mouth to get bonding, and i dont understand how you dont feel the plaque on your teeth, you might want to go to the dentist and have him check your roots and beside your teeth, because some people get cavaties there and not on top or ones that are noticable, and plus if you dont brush your breath will smell bad, so my advice is BRUSH YOUR TEETH! :)
If we knew the answer to that, we would know the secrets of the Universe! As long as you clean yours, that's all that matters.
