Question: Can you smell your own breath odor?
my colleagues say my breath smells like sht, but I don't smell anything and I brush my teeth frequently.

Answers:

Hello, Few is ant people ever take time to check out their own breath odor..You can only do it by cupping your hand over your mouth and nose and exhaling. As a rule their are three main reasons for bad breath, (1) decaying and or infected teeth (2) Sinus infection and (3) Digestion issues. There is one other that can happen you seldom ever hear of and that is Tonsil stones. If your certain you have no bad teeth I would begin by seeing an ENT Dr. (Ear, Nose and Throat) specialists. If he or she finds nothing then you would want to consider seeing a Gastrointestinal Dr....In any event, BAD breath is a symptom of something that isn't right, get it checked out and deal with it. Good luck and I wish you well.
