I would not bother, I knew someone who bought a few things to try and whiten their teeth. Best thing is to go to your dentist and see what they advise. Might be worth spending a bit extra and get it done by professionals rather than wasting money on kits.

Use blue toothpaste, it slowly and gently whitens your teeth. I have loadsa fillings and it doesn't irritate at all. Also i always get complimented on my smile.
