Question: Is the orthodontist usually right when he says how long you'll need braces? ?
Just wondering. I got mine on a couple hours ago and he says it'll take about 20-24 months. What are the chances he's right?

It depends on how you take care of your braces and the foods you eat etc. He's probably right and it usually takes that long but if you lose loads of brackets and eat the wrong foods, your braces have to stay on longer. :)
Yup. They know through experience with many patients.
I had braces in my teens for 2 years.
Depends how bad your teeth are. They are right though, it can take that long. I had mine for three years.
