Question: Crest 3D whitestrips, my teeth feel really sensitive...?
I've been using them for 4 days and I notice a slight result (my teeth are already nice and white, I just wanted them a bit whiter) but since I think yesterday, whenever I drink anything hot or cold it's sore. My gums also nip a little when I eat. Is this supposed to happen and if it is, how long for?

Yeah, its normal. Pretty much 1/2 of the people that use whitestrips experience teeth sensitivity and gum irritation. Its not harmful to you or anything, just some minor discomfort.
You can actually stop using them for a few days just to get them to stop getting irritated. If you stop for a little while, it wont interrupt any progress you made whitening them already.
