could good or bad teeth be in genetics?!

Question: Could good or bad teeth be in genetics?
Answers:

Yep, genetic. How well you take care of them is important too.

I think a lot of it is genetic.

I'll be completely honest here- I've always brushed my teeth once a day, I eat candy, and I don't floss a lot.
But I've never gotten a cavity, my teeth are white, and I absolutely did not need braces.

Another example- I know a family where everyone gets A LOT of cavities, even though they take all the precautions against it.

Some of it has to do with how YOU care for your teeth, but some is genetics. :)

Genetically my entire family has bad teeth, no matter how well we take care of them it's still cavity then root canal and Cap, I am 54 and just yesterday had the rest 16 left of my rotten teeth pulled and now have full dentures...My father has almost full dentures which he got in his 40's...

its genetic
