Question: Can I have seltzer with a platic retainer in?

They said I can drink "only water" but is seltzer okay? I mean, it doesn't have any sugar or anything so it wouldn't endanger my teeth, right?

I would think it would be ok. It does have bubbles though. I would ask the dentist.
