How to properly brush your teeth?!

Question: How to properly brush your teeth?
Okay recently I started brushing my teeth with baking soda and peroxide. 3 days ago to be exact. This is what I do. Take a cup, put some baking soda in it, then some peroxide till it soaks in the baking soda. It turns into a paste. Then I take my tooth brush and dip it in. Then I brush my teeth. I brush for about 2 minutes. Then I rinse with water and brush my teeth with regular toothpaste. I do that for about 2 minutes and I rinse then I floss. Am I doing everything good? And how fast should I start seeing results? I brush my teeth 2 times a day.(When I wake up and when I go to sleep.) And also how do I properly floss and anything else you guys would recommend me doing. Thanks in advance.

Answers:

base of the teeth to the tip of your tooth, making sure that the brush is slightly on a 45 degree angle. work the brush in a circular pattern, a back and forth scrubbing motion will scratch your enamel. Also, make sure to floss BEFORE you brush, flossing loosens any particles left between your teeth allowing them to be brushed away. Flossing after you brush brings food particles back onto your cleaned teeth, and even after rinsing this could cause bad breath. When flossing make sure to be quite gentle, if you make your gums bleed this is an indication that you are doing it too hard, if bleeding happens often this is a sign of gingivitis or periodontal disease.

t is important to brush teeth properly in order to have optimal dental health. The steps given in this article are as instructed by periodontists on brushing properly. Although it might seem so, the process is not lengthy at all. It will not be a speed brushing either (as it shouldn't be). Since teeth are really 3 dimensional, it is of great significance to take your time and ensure that all surfaces of the teeth are brushed, especially the gum

My dentist recommended to me put attention on the movement...it must be from the base of the teeth, to the top...

Why don't you use regular toothpaste?
