What is the best way to whiten your teeth?!

If you are not a heavy coffee or tea drinker and/or do not smoke, then the crest 3D white line of toothpaste and mouth rinse works great! I have seen people have noticeable differences when using it.

If you do smoke and/or drink dark colored drinks often, you will have more stain on your teeth. You will need to have a cleaning to remove the stain before you will see noticeable whitening from any whitening products. Even if you were to purchase professional whitening trays and solutions from your dentist, if you have tarter and stain build up, you would not see the a difference without first removing that build up.
