Question: I can see part of my teeth through my gums?
I just discovered this while brushing my teeth. I brush regularly, and I have very very good dental care. I am PRETTY sure I do not have a gum disease or antyhing like that. I go to the dentist frequently, although I haven't lately. He always tells me I take very good care of my teeth.
But I can see the bottom of my teeth through my gums, like the gums aren't there to cover the bottom of my teeth? Help?

Answers:
Most people can see that if they look hard enough. This is normal. The gums are thinner at the base of the tooth and then get thicker down the root to protect it.

That's weird.. maybe you brush too hard
