I have two questions
1.) Everytime I eat, I take my retainer out when I put it back in should I brush my teeth or what?
2.) Can I clean my retainer with a little bit of bleach? I haven't bought the denture tablets yet so any other way to clean my retainers besides toothpaste and mouthwash?

Answers:
1) Well your supposed to brush after every meal anyway, but most people with retainers just put them right back in.
2) Just brush them with toothpaste. You need to buy the dentrue tablets
