How to floss teeth with permanent retainers in the back of your teeth?!

Question: How to floss teeth with permanent retainers in the back of your teeth?
Answers:

They make braces flossers. They look like a plastic needle with a big loop, and they are sold in the dental aisle, usually by the floss. You just string the 'needle' with floss, and push the whole thing under the wires. It's a pain in the butt, but it will work!

I have the permanent retainer too :/

the orthodontist should have giving u something that looks like a flexible needle.u put the floss in the whole and there u go!i had something like that
