If your retainer still fits, but it hurts, start wearing it again and take some pain killers and you will be fine
If your teeth have moved so much your retainer won't fit, go to your ortho and they might have to put braces back on
It sucks, but that's why they tell you to wear the retainer!
If your teeth did move positions, then you shouldn't be able to wear your retainers. You'd have to book another appointment to get new ones instead.
I don't think so, I think they will have to give you new braces
