Hi,
I'm using Crest Whitestrips Supreme at the moment. I've seen results on a friend so know they work, but I have a question...
I broke half my front tooth at 11 years old when I was messing around with friends. When I went to the dentist they were able to save the tooth and reconstruct it, but what is that called? Is it a filling, a crown, or something different? I want to know so I can find out if that will whiten too or if I will need to make a trip to the dentist.
I've used a D.I.Y teeth whitening kit before and it seemed to whiten too, but surely that can't be right if it isn't real enamel?
Any input or ideas are welcome.

The tooth was built up with composite resin. Ive had one done when I broke it by eating a slice of pizza.
