Question: How do i get my spacers back in on my own?
I JUST got my spacers in today, and an hour later I accidentally knocked on out, and my next appointments not until next week, and I don't want to make my mom mad. how can I get it back in on my own? I have some pliers if that could help

im not sure but my orthdontist put them in by using dental floss and a lot of twisting and stuff in the spot and pushing
If it does not work, then just wait until your next appointment. After the first time I got spacers,I got new ones the next visit. Just tell your orthdontist that they fell out. Mine did not yell at me and you don't have to tell your mom
