Im getting a cavity filled, the doctor said it was small and hes giving me laugh!

I actually just got two of my own done. Depending on your pain tolerance, the only thing that will really hurt, is the pinch of the needle when they inject it into your gums. It's not all that painful, and your mouth gets numb very quickly. It's actually pretty cool. You can slightly feel everything, but it doesn't hurt.

Laughing gas does not hurt at all!!!! It mostly puts u to sleep or in Lala Land!!! I had a cavity filled when I was like 4 and the dentist use laughter gass and the next the I knew I was out cold!!! soooo it does not hurt.... but if he is using novacan then it is going to hurt when they put the needle into ur gum

Since its laughing gas... No needle!!! Ull be out of it, u might fall asleep, u might feel high(the nitrous oxide is like huffing), but no pain
