Braces or Invisalign, which is better?!

Question: Braces or Invisalign, which is better?
I want to straighten my teeth but I don't know which one I want to straighten my teeth.

Answers:

Well braces treatments are faster than invisalign ones but braces are just much more noticable :P

I have braces right now and they aren't as bad as you think they are (x you wont even notice that they are there after the first few days :P The only pain with braces is the flossing but no one flosses everyday with braces anyways xD (some ppl dont floss at all)

Invisalign i dont know as much about but they are "prettier" but they are also painful because i have a friend who has invisalign and shes always complaining about how her teeth hurt xD you also need to take them off when you eat and you need to brush them at night. Invisalign treatments are slower tho

So I guess it really depends on how bad your teeth are. If they are pretty crooked, then go with braces because they are stronger and faster. If they are just slightly crooked then go with invisalign (: also ask your orthodontist/dentist and see what they say

I've personally never had either, so this might not be helpful. But what I do kind of know, you can take invisalign out, you can't tell that much that it's there, and you take it out when you're eatting.

However braces are always on, can get broken, can get food stuck in them, will probaly hurt at first, ect. But, you can't really lose them because there on there teeth.

But I also THINK that you have to go to the dentist every while to get the invisalign tightened, but I'm not sure.

I don't know which one actually straightens more, but I guess it probaly depends on your lifestyle.

I know this probally wasn't that helpful since I haven't tried it and kind of said what I thought, but I hope this helps! :)

Which of those two orthodontic appliances you need is based on the degree of tooth alignment is to be achieved...and where the teeth are located in the jaw arch.. Invisalign is usually called for when front teeth are only in moderate misalignment....While that appliance is now being considered for realigning back teeth, you need to take your Orthodontists advice. Good luck and I wish you well.

you have to get braces first to straighten your teeth better
