Okay I have this really small canker sore on my lip. It really bothers and to make matters worse I can't stop but lick it. I've been using "Crest,3DWHITE" on it. But it doesn't seem to go away. Any Fast and painless way to get rid of my CANKER SORE please!!!!

Hello there! I am one of those people that unfortunately get canker sores on a fairly regular basis. So generally there are a few methods that can help:

1. Rinsing your mouth with a salt rinse solution. By mixing salt and water and rinsing your mouth, this can speed up the healing process by drying out the sore.

2. Hydrogen peroxide. Dip a q-tip in hydrogen peroxide and apply it on the sore 2-3 times a day.

3. Oragel also can numb the pain if it's too much to bear during eating.

Avoid spicy foods or things that can exacerbate the pain. Generally these sores will last anywhere from 5-10 days. Hope I could help!
