How to get rid of a toothache?!

Question: How to get rid of a toothache?
I've got a cavity in my molar and now it's hurting so bad and I can't get to a dentist until Monday or Tuesday. :/
What are some home remedies to stop it from hurting so bad? Thanks!

Answers:

try wetting a warm cloth and putting it by the cheek where your teeth aches

Placing cloves or clove oil in the cavity will relieve the pain. Also you can heat baking soda and pack it inside doing this will make the pain more severe for a few minutes but then will feel better. You can place a temporary filling (zinc-oxide eugenol) which contains clove oil. You can crush an aspirin and place in cavity. Also my boyfriend holds ice cold water on it when he has a tooth ache. I've also heard that holding whiskey on the cavity helps.

floss and brush. let the fluoridated toothpaste sit on teeth a minute before rinsing. a dentist will see you soon if you’re in pain.

I took panadol during my time of having toothache and it helps to relieve the pain.

Ambosol, Tylenol, and I heard once to pack it with raw tobacco...don't know if that's true or not, but I did hear it before
