Question: Braces : Rubberbands Question?

The ortho gave me rubber bands to hook on the top of my teeth on both sides, not the bottom but she told me to wear it 4 times a day after breakfast, lunch, dinner and to bed but my question is how often do i change it ? four times a day? she gave me 1 month supply and i counted pairs not all but theres more than 30 pairs. Thanks.

Your lucky with your rubber bands mine went across my mouth wasn't fun, yeah, put them on after you eat breakfast, take them out for lunch after lunch put them back in, take them out for dinner, put them back on after dinner and leave them on for when you go to bed, wake up take them out eat breakfast, that's pretty much it.

yeaa u change em 4 times a day then:) they hurt 4 like 2 days but itll be fine after that. if u run out just go back 2 ur ortho. and ask them for some more. they shouldnt charge u just bring the old pack with u so they can tell wat size rubber bands u wear:)
