Its never a bad option. Instead of paying someone hundreds if not thousands to do so. You can buy a good teeth whitening kit in a store that gets the same results as that of a teeth whitening clinic except that you will save tons of money in the end. Just don't over do it as it does take away the enamel of the tooth.
