brush ur teeth at least twice a day. really try to cut down on eating meat. i know a couple of semi-vegetarians and their teeth are really white
Baking soda can be sprinkled over your tooth paste. I do it before I go on dates.
Get them bleached, quite a bit of money though, brush them and they will be fine.
