Question: I have heard that people get bad color of teeth with the passage of time. Is this a truth?
Answers:
For some, it is the natural effect of aging; for others, it could be the direct result of lifestyle factors like food habits, health problems, medication, age or heredity. In the past, there was no option but to accept the resulting blemishes and live with them. With the advent of teeth whitening, however, things have changed.

Coffee, Tea, Fizzy drinks, Spices, these are all things that can stain teeth over the years. If someone doesn't brush their teeth daily and maintain a good level of oral hygiene every day then the everyday stains will not be removed. Regular check ups at the dentist will also keep this under check.

Brush your teeth 3X a day.
After every meal, and you'll have whiter teeth.
My 2 cents.
