No, they definitely won't. I thought they would too, but mine went back down to their normal size after about 3 days. :)

No they won't stay like that until you get your braces off. Your lips might look bigger for two reasons. One, braces are really irritating at first and that might cause your lips to swell from the irritation. Two, braces push your lips outwards because your lips aren't resting on your teeth anymore, which makes them look bigger. When your teeth move inwards and straighten out more within a few weeks/months, your lips will be back to normal.

nope. Just give it a day to recover. Try taking aspirin to help keep the swelling down. You also may want to apply ice to keep the swelling down.
Hmmm, I don't remember that happening to me?... Is the brace poking or hurting you?...
Anyways... I would think the swollen will go away...
