That happens when you dont take the time to brush your teeth or dont brush them often enough. You probably need to floss between your teeth.

If you brushed your teeth well when you had your braces that shouldn't happen. If it does, ask the orthodontist if they can whiten your teeth at all, and if not, use Crest Whitening Strips. They work REALLY WELL.

Usually the dentist should clean your teeth after and maybe even whiten them a little. Maybe she didn't brush her teeth well enough or the dentist didn't clean them after they took off the braces.

If you have been brushing your teeth while you've had your braces you won't have marks. I had very tiny marks when I got mine off, and I fixed them by getting whitening rinse that I used twice a day.

this isn't that common. brushing will eventually get rid of these marks. maybe a tooth whitener if its very obvious.

u can get them cleaned at the dentist and bleached. get mouth wash that cleans teeth. i honestly have never heard of this
