Question: The inside of my mouth is all scratched up from talking&yelling during my volleyball tournament today!? ?
I put this under dentel b/c my main focus is on getting my mouth to feel better!

It's probaly because they are not aligned yet so they are sticking out in places that have not been aligned yet so they will scratch your gums, but that is what the wax is for, stick it over the bracket(s) that are scratching your gums and it will feel alot better.

I have braces so i know what you mean. My orthodontist gave me wax to put on my braces. I don't like using it but it helps. The inside of your mouth heals fast so it should be better in a day or two.
To prevent~ Use the wax that your orthodontist gave you. (If he/she didn't, ask them for it... Or buy it)
To heal~ rinse your mouth with salt water.
