Question: I just got seperators in my bottom teeth, how can i stop them from hurting so much?
i just got those little blue seperators put in between some of my bottom teeth, and they hurt like CRAZY. i already had them for the top, and i cried for the whole week i had to have them in becuz they hurt so bad. i just dont want to go through this again with the bottoms. what can i do for my teeth to not hurt so bad?

You can try anbesol gel. It numbs your teeth and gums.. Mine hurt alot too, for the most part, you gotta live with it.
Well the point of them are to move your molars around to give them a little room, your tooth is moving so of course its going to hurt, so if it does not hurt that means it must not be moving, which is the oppoisite of what you want!
