I am on the verge of taking my scissors and CUTTING the goddamn thing out of my fricken mouth. And DO NOT EVEN TELL me crap like "Its not ready to come out yet"

Saying GD over and over won't help you. I had the same thing happen to me with a freaking CANINE tooth. I know what kind of pain you're in. I don't reccomend this, but I took a pair of needle nose pliars to my tooth and pulled. Most people don't believe that but considering the throbbing paid you'd do nearly anything.
I say go to the ER, they should at least give you something for pain until you can get to the dentist. If you do try my pliars thing (again, bad idea) Know that it will hurt like Heck and you may break your jawbone. But if you do try it have a glass of ice water RIGHT NEXT TO YOU, immediately after you get the tooth out get that icewater in your mouth to stop the bleeding. It will hurt, but after the bleeding stops and the ice numbs the nerves in your teeth it'll stop hurting and you can go to bed.
