Carly, try a mouth rinse of lemon juice and salt! Basically the mixture should be 75% lemon juice 25% salt! Other than that, avoid things that stain your teeth, soda, coffee, dark teas ect.

Right, moving on. If the crest strips didn't work then go to a dentist, there is no other way. It's likely that the outer layer of your teeth has deteriorated to the point that they aren't white any longer. They'll likely try one of the better whiteners that cost about $200 or venures which cost about $2000.
No "$10" recipes will work.

You're probably going to have to try several products before you find THE one that works for you. There are so many products out there that there is no one size fits all solution.
