It might make your teeth too sensitive. I would be patient. Your teeth will be whiter in a few days.
NO! The chemicals in them that whiten your teeth are VERY harsh! If you use it that often it WILL damage your teeth, it may very well put chemical burns on your gums (that's what the sensitivity caused by whitening is really). If you need results that fast go to a dentist. If you try 4 times a day you may end up losing your teeth, and you're guaranteed to be in terrible pain. Please don't try it!
I would say no. It can really irritate your gums and teeth.
