Question: Cheap and safe way to whiten teeth?

i dont smoke, drink coffee or fizzy drinks, but my teeth are looking too yellow at the moment, and i'd like to whiten them, but don't want to spend to much money (not more than ￡50), or do something which will damage my teeth in the long run.

i use a Colgate whitening toothpaste, but doesn't help much

Baking soda.
Strawberries: The seeds do all the work ;)
A really nasty tasting toothpaste that I personally use: Mix baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and table salt with a dab of your favorite toothpaste.

CHEAP? BRUSH WITH A FRESHLY MADE MIX OF 3% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND BAKING SODA. A THICK SLURRY. THIS WILL BE NOTICED IN JUST SEVERAL DAYS THE STRAWBERRY WILL GIVE LIMITED, SLOW EFFECTS.
