Question: When can I work out after my 4 wisdom teeth were remove?
I got my wisdom tooth remove last thursday , and today its sunday I wanna know if its ok to do some exercise, also if its ok to do housework??
Some people said you only kneed 3 days, but my surgean didnt gave me any information .

I work for an oral surgeon rule of thumb is definitely not the first or second day, possibly the third(depends how you feel) I personally would wait at least a week because strenuous exercise and your pain pills won't go together not to mention it might Hurt tour mouth
when you feel better & when the swelling is gone and no pain then you can.
