Morning: brush with crest whitening toothpast, mouthwash with listeria zero
Afternoon: prewash, whitening prewash, brush, listerine zero
Night: whitening prewash, brush, listerine zero, flouride brush leave on thing.

I like using the electric powered toothbrush as I feel it does a way better job then I can do.
Sounds like a good plan. But you could pick up one of these free trials of whitener. It works great and it's free!
