don't be nervous its not bad at all it hurts a tiny little bit. They take them of with there tool things and then they take off the glue. just to let you know after they are off your teeth. they will feel kind of slimy and gross but its not that bad, after you rinse your mouth its fine. You should defiantly wear your retainer if you dint i guarantee you will regret it!!! i didn't wear mine but and i look back and feel so stupid. good luck!

Sure the paper cut hurts, but you have a freaking iphone 4!
So.... It does hurt a tiny bit, but it is most definitely worth it!!!!!!!
It doesn't hurt at all it soooo quick but if ur teeth are sensitive like mine the polishing doesnt feel so good but it DOESNT hurt trust me and it feels sooo good ur teeth feel so smooth and u can eat with ur mouth CLOSED!! I could never do tht with braces:)
