rubber bands only on one side?!

Very common! Half the time I spent with braces was with one-sided bands.

thats very common i wear rubber bands on the right all the time and on the left only at night. all it means if you have to wear them on one side is he wants to move your jaw only on the one side probably because the other side is done moving. you might feel lopsided at first but youll get use to it in no time.
