Question: How long till i can smoke again (wisdom teeth)?
Just had my wisdom teeth out on wednesday and everything has gone well so far. I have a follow up appointment this week with my doctor, but was wondering if anyone knew when it was safe to smoke again. I know i shouldnt now due to risk of infection or dry sockets, I was just curious if anyone knew before I see my doctor again.

okay, i has two wisdom teeth removed at separate times. i never stopped smoking, the dry socket is caused by the suction of smoking, not the actual smoke. also you shouldn't use a straw.
what i did is kept the gauze in my mouth and sucked in very very carefully and slowly. i didn't have any problems. and the chances are that now, after 5 days, the holes are pretty much closed up.
This would be a GREAT time to stop smoking ;)
