Is brushing your teeth too much bad for them?!

Question: Is brushing your teeth too much bad for them?
Hey

Answers:

yes and no.

You want to be careful with your teeth, you only get one set.
When brushing you want to use a SOFT-bristled toothbrush with about a pea size of toothpaste. I know it sounds like a little, but toothpaste is actually a type of abrasive--that combined with harder bristles isn't good for your teeth. When brushing you want to use small circles and brush at a 45-degree angle. You should brush about two minutes--or sing 'Happy Birthday' twice.
It is VERY important to floss, this sounds gross, but if you only have time to do one (brush or floss) flossing would be more effective as it gets the gunk that's between your teeth.

Finally, it's a good idea to use an electric toothbrush, if possible. They clean a LOT better than a manual one would.

Good luck!

If you're using a lot of pressure on them, yes it is. You can wear the enamel down if you do that.

I like using the electric powered toothbrush as I feel it does a way better job then I can do.

It can be bad because you will eventually wear your gum down. Gum tissue never grows back so it can cause problems.

if you push really hard on it yes it can but if not then no
