What's an easy way to whiten my teeth?!

Question: What's an easy way to whiten my teeth?
I recently noticed that my teeth aren't as white as Id like them to be. I can't really afford those expensive do-it-yourself kits they sell at the store, and I wear braces at the moment. Are there any homemade solutions? Please help!

Don't worry about it. Look around you and you'll see that literally no one has white teeth. Except for like the anchor lady on TV and she probably has to soak those in hydrochloric acid each night to maintain the fa?ade... but it's just part of her job. :)

Well I would recommend an electric toothbrush. I use the Oral B-9500 Professional Care Toothbrush, and it works great. It vibrates the black right off your teeth and makes you feel like you just came from the dentest. If you cant afford whitestrips? then use the crest 3-D white advanced toothpaste & rinse. They both schould cost about $9 in total. The KEY TO SUCCESS is to brush longer and better, insted of two min brush for 4, hope this helps.

Step 1:Grab a toothbrush
Step 2:Put toothpaste on it
Step 3:Put it in your mouth
Step 4:Rub the bristles along your teeth for 4 minutes.
Step 5:Remove toothbrush and spit in sink.
Step 6:Floss your teeth
Step 7:Get a cup and pour mouthwash in it
Step 8:Put it in your mouth and gargle and swish
Step 9:Spit it out

Plus white 5minute gel

It really is very good. Get the 5 minute kit cause then you get a little mouth tray to put the gel on. Tastes a bit nasty when you spit it out but just brush your teeth right after and the taste is gone in seconds.

Leave it in for 15-20 mins (its called 5 minute cause it works after 5 minutes..)

after you are doing brushing like you usually do brush with baking soda the taste is not the best but not the worse but it works i tried it and my teeth got whiter!!! in a week i could see a difference=) and baking soda doesn't cost alot!!!=D

About once a month I brush my teeth with baking soda :D

Dont brush too hard with it because it could irritate your gums.

Color them with white crayons.

brush and brush
